This project was a capstone academic consulting engagement, where I collaborated directly with IBM during a module at my university. The core challenge was to formulate a robust success strategy for watsonx, IBM's commercial generative AI solution, in an rapidly evolving market.
This project analyzes the burgeoning interest in LLMs like ChatGPT, assessing IBM's strengths against the competitive landscape of major tech players.
The strategic recommendations considered how to leverage watsonx.ai, .data, and .governance to capitalize on new opportunities without undermining existing IBM revenue.
